step 1

Business Plan Writing and Application

Your innovative business idea is projected and a promotional website is created for this business idea. The requested documents are translated into English. An appointment is made from the consulate and the documents and business plan are delivered. The review process takes 20 days. In this process, founders must have a valid Schengen Visa.

step 2

Application to OCMA

An application is made to an OCMA service point in Latvia with the required documents and acceptance letter. The residence and work card is issued within 10 working days and can be collected in person from the OCMA service point.

Is the Residence and Work Permit given definitively?

Residence and work permit is at the discretion of Latvia, but as Advist, we provide services with a high success rate.

Can I work in other EU countries with a Residence and Work Permit Card?

You can only travel to other EU countries with a residence and work permit card from Latvia. You cannot work in other EU countries except Latvia.

Are Fees Refunded?

Due to the inclusion of government fees, no refunds are made. In case of rejection, a free application is made again with revision.

Can my spouse and child benefit from a residence and work permit?

Your spouse and children under the age of 18 are also entitled to receive a residence and work permit as well. They can benefit from this right by paying the card printing fee.

Does applying for more than one person affect the fee?

A maximum of five people can apply. With each increase of partner, the total cost of € 750 increases, but the amount to be paid per person decreases.
